Revolutionary Aerospace systems Concepts-Academic Linkages (RASC-AL): A NASA undergraduate and graduate level engineering design competition involving three competitions. Three ways to engage:

   6. Graduate and Undergraduate Division
   7. 14-18 teams annually

2.  RASC-AL Robo-Ops: A NASA undergraduate and graduate level robotics systems level engineering competition. 
   1. Design and build rovers
   2. Test rover capabilities at NASA JSC Rock Yard
   3. Demonstrates hardware, software, and communications issues relevant to NASA
   4. Poster Presentation
   5. Technical Paper
   6. Robust Education and Public Outreach Component
   7. Up to 10 teams annually

3. RASC-AL Lunar Wheel Design: A NASA undergraduate and graduate level component/element level engineering competition where teams are asked to "Help NASA Reinvent the Wheel."
   1. Design and build 4 wheels
   2. Rigorous physical prototype test at NASA's JSC Rock Yard
   3. High-level design review presentations with NASA SEV engineers
   4. Has the potential to produce real materials, structure, or design for an actual SEV wheel
   5. Up to 8 teams annually
