Fees for Usage:

You agree that NIA may, from time to time, charge certain transaction fees (“Fees”) for use of a specific non-public NIA Web Site. At the time you request a password account from NIA, NIA will provide a charge of accounts to You at the e-mail address You provide as part of the account creation. At the end of each billing cycle, NIA will provide to You a monthly billing statement, detailing the Web Site Usage and charge associated with that use. All payments are to be made to NIA within 30 days of the end of the billing statement date.

Governing Law:

You agree that these terms are to be governed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the venue for any court actions shall be in the City of Hampton, Virginia.
